Through marketing automation, this is both software and techniques of increasing sales through pre-planned and personalized communications to prospects. I'll walk you through how this works and provide the definitions you'll need for your OMCA exam along the way. The first interaction with a visitor to your marketing is called a contact. This means that they have responded to one of your marketing campaigns, when the contact has given you their name and contact information, this is called a lead capture.
