- [Heather] OneNote has quickly become one of the go-to applications for capturing notes. It's not surprising why this is the case. OneNote comes in many different forms. The OneNote app, OneNote for the web, OneNote Mobile for Android and iOS devices, OneNote for Windows 10 and more. Since it's part of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, it integrates with Outlook Mail, Calendar, Tasks, and other Microsoft Office apps and services. I'm going to show you how to leverage OneNote's built-in tools to build a structured shareable notebook, to capture many types of notes and to organize notes for quick retrieval.
