- [Instructor] We've gone over a lot of settings that you can change to make Outlook work for you. You can change fonts and colors, and we've done a lot of that, but there's some more things that you can change. To get started, click the gear icon to go into settings. Take some time and go through all these categories. Start with accounts and go through the list here. If you remember, this is where we went to get into automatic replies, signatures. This is how you can edit your categories, and then come over here on the left and move to general. You can change the way it looks. For example, you can choose between light mode, dark mode, or whether or not to use the system settings. You can even choose a theme for Outlook. You can choose your notification settings. We've gone into the accessibility settings, but if we move on and go into mail, there's a lot of things that you can change here. For example, do you want those suggested replies to show up?
