- [Narrator] When you begin with Outlook on the web, you start with one calendar. It is called Calendar. And if you also use Microsoft Teams, this is the calendar that you see in Microsoft Teams, no other calendar. And you might have noticed that I also have a Projects calendar, a Birthdays calendar. I have Charles Woodwick's calendar. So if I want to see Charles's calendar, I can turn it on. And if I switch to something like Work week view, I can show them in Split view. And I showed you that earlier, that you can see multiple calendars. But what if I wanted to add another employer or add other calendars? This is very, very easy to do. All you need to do is click the Add calendar button here in the left navigation pane. You can add personal calendars, like your Gmail calendar, your Outlook.com calendar, or Live.com calendar, as long as that's allowed in your work setting.
