- [Instructor] There's some really nice functionality around how we send documents to other people for them to view or for them to edit. So I'd like to show you how we send links and how we send attachments in Outlook on the web. Let's create a new email, and you might notice in the body, it says type / to insert files and more. So if I click there and I indicate, for example, "Please review and feel free to edit this document," right here, I'm going to hit / and it brings up a list of recent files, including files that I've downloaded. So I'm going to drop the demo document in here, and this is now a link that my recipients can hold Control and click on this, and they will actually be in the document that I created, not a copy of the document. I want to contrast that with what happens when I attach a file.
