Rehearse with timings and Presenter Coach
- [Instructor] There's two great tools to help you prepare for your presentation. You should always know how much time you have to present and the first tool called Rehearse Timings is going to help you keep on track with those timings. The second tool called Presenter Coach is going to help you make the best use out of that time. Let's get started with rehearsing the timings of your presentation. Change to the slideshow tab and click rehearse timings. Your presentation will immediately launch. On the top left hand side of the screen, you'll see two numbers. The left hand side is the current slide time. The right hand side is the elapsed time of the entire presentation. While these timers are going off, you can continue to use your presentation and go through the slides just like you would as if you are presenting it for real.
