The first section that you have to consult is of course, inside the admin center at admin.google.com. So depending on the app that is causing problem to you or to your users, you can consult the relevant reporting section. So you can click on the reporting and choose the relevant report. We have already seen a very useful tool that is email log search. Email log search will let you search all the messages with the specified criteria.
