- Well done for completing this course. I hope you're left feeling that project management is easier than you thought, almost common sense once you've seen how to do it. And it really is pretty quick. Just get those tasks onto Post-its, make a Gantt chart, check that you've got enough resources, and you're pretty much done. Color in as you go along. Keep an eye on costs. Do a review. It's easy. And it works for every project. You can use it now for the rest of your life, whatever job you are doing. That's the great thing. So, in order to make sure that you remember it all, the best thing is to try planning a project straight away. Pick something that's currently a bit of a mess or something you can't face starting and list out all the tasks, get the Post-its out, and off you go. Even a project that you've already started will do. You could plan it all and then color in what you've done. Or you could make a plan just for the second half, starting from now.
