Tap gestures
- When prototyping gestures using any software application, you'll need to indicate user interactions, such as clicks and taps upon the interface. We'll go ahead and create a tap symbol, which can be used across our prototype, to convey this information easily. So, here we have a starter file which has our phone in the background and we've created a little button here, just for looks, that can be found in the library here, UI_button. So, if you needed to use this to prototype additional things, you could always just drag it onto the stage like that to create new instances. It's just meant to be a generic button. What we're going to do is create a little tap gesture that we can reuse in that same way. So, the first thing we'll do is go ahead and create a new layer. And we'll name this Tap. All right, within that layer, let's choose the Oval Tool. And we'll make it white. And I'm going to take the alpha property of this white oval down to about 20% in opacity.
