- [Instructor] Now that we've covered what to know about applying ITIL concepts, let's talk a little bit about where to go to learn and do more. First, of course, you should have your ITIL Foundation courseware for reference. That's essential. In addition, the ITIL Glossary, shown here, available from AXELOS.com, and the ITIL Foundation syllabus, also available from AXELOS.com, are great references. You should have those on hand. They may be included in your ITIL Foundation course. In addition, the ITIL pocket guide, also known as "An Introductory Overview of ITIL," 2011 edition, that's available from the itSMF UK, also the TSO Shop site. So those are some great resources to begin with. On enacting and enabling outcomes, this HBR article is a great resource. I recommend you having a look at that as well.
