- [Instructor] There is only one ITIL continual improvement process, the "Seven-Step Improvement Process," whose objective is shown here. One key question for continual improvement is, what's being done to improve things by individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole? For this process, let's apply the seventh way, "Reflect and act at the individual, team, and organizational level." Here's an example of how: First, can you find the list of improvement projects being conducted at the organizational level in your organization and what ITIL calls the CSI register? If not, this is a possible action. At the team level, what is your team's current list of improvement projects? At your level, as an individual contributor, can you produce a list of in-process improvement projects, however small, that you're conducting within your circle of influence?
