One is remote access, where you allow endpoint devices, such as mobile devices and laptops, to connect securely to your remote gateway. And the other one is side to side, where you have two gateways, maybe on two branch offices, and you want to establish a secure connection between those two. So in my network, I'm going to have two Quantum Spark boxes on my so-called WAN Network, and I'm going to establish a VPN connection between those two sites. It's all done using the WebUI.
