- [Instructor] Email-based audiences are a great way to leverage data that you already have in your CRM. The great thing about this is even if you don't have much traffic to your website, you may still have enough email addresses to build audiences. Even if you do have enough website traffic, email based audiences can still be valuable if there are different ways that you can leverage them. For instance, like with Pixel-based audiences there are some minimum requirements that must be met. You must not be advertising in a sensitive category. You must meet the minimum audience threshold for the platform, and most platforms also have some requirements around the way that the emails were acquired. For example, they typically require that it must be data the advertiser has collected as opposed to purchase lists. Google Ads has some additional requirements for email-based audiences beyond what most other platforms…
