Identifying pixel-based audiences for remarketing
- [Instructor] Do you have a high volume of website visits? Are folks leaving the site without taking action? If so, you have the perfect setup to build cookie or pixel-based remarketing audiences. Cookie-based and pixel-based audiences are terms often used interchangeably to describe remarketing audiences that are based upon site visitor data. These audiences work by tracking visitor actions on the site, these actions could include page visits, event-based actions, timing, and more. Different platforms offer different ways to build audiences but, at the most basic level, nearly all of them allow for advertisers to create audiences off of specific pages or completion of specific actions, such as conversion elements on the site.
