- [Instructor] In this course, all of the files we're working in are going to be single user, single user access simple projects. But I wanted to take this video to just take a moment to talk to you about a concept in Revit called a workshare enabled project. Workshare enabled projects are multi-user access projects. So when you're working in a team environment in an office scenario, and most larger projects will qualify for this, you're going to want to set those projects up as what we call workshare enabled projects. And this will allow multiple users to access those files at the same time and save changes at the same time. If you don't use workshare enabled projects, then it's first come first serve, and only one user can access a file at a time, and that's not very conducive to team environments.
