Creating a new project from a template

- [Speaker] In this video, we're going to create a new Revit project file. Now we're going to do that here on the home screen using the new button here beneath models. So when you click that button, it will open up the new project Window. So do note that the word model and the word project are used synonymously here. Now we want to create a new project file and we can click OK. But before we do that, I just want to point out to you the most important setting in this Window, and that is the template file that is being used. So there are three options here on my screen. I could use none, or I could use either the Imperial or the Metric Multidiscipline template. Now what you see on your list might vary from mine depending on how your Office has configured your installation of Revit. So this list can be customized by the user. So if you're not seeing the same choices as me, what you can do is click the browse button here and you can navigate to a folder that contains the out of the box…
