- [Instructor] In this video, I am here in Revit 2026, the newest release at the time of this recording, and I'm in the Snowdon Towers sample architectural model that comes with the software. So I'm not providing this as an exercise file. You should have a copy already built right into Revit that you can open. If you don't have access to this file, just open up anything, because in this video, we're going to be talking about the slow march away from the Options Bar. Now, let me open up a view so that we can talk about this a little bit and I'm going to just do the L2 floor plan. I'll zoom in a touch. And the Options Bar is this slot of space here beneath the ribbon. And over the last several releases, Revit has been slowly but surely moving features off of the Options Bar into one of two locations, either up to the ribbon or down to the Properties palette.
