- [Instructor] I had a question recently about calculating quantities from the Revit model it was specifically about curtain walls but this can sometimes be challenging when folks are trying to do quantity takeoffs from Revit because the data that comes out isn't always in the desired format. So the question that I received was about a curtain wall. The gentleman was working in a model, that had four meter floor to floor heights. They wanted the mullions that went from that full height of that floor to floor to come out as full length mullions, four meters long in their example, even though they were subdividing that into four equal bays and what they were getting instead was a quantity of four at one meter each. Now since the question was in metric, I've decided to provide the exercise file in both imperial and metric.
