- The fishing grounds have become very crowded thanks to low-code and no-code tools that have democratized and simplified the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions. I find this trend to be extremely exciting. So much so that I wrote a book about it titled "All Hands-on Tech" to explore what I call the AI Powered Citizen Revolution. In it, my co-author, Thomas Davenport and I showcase how enterprises of all sizes are using AI. Domain experts who know their role but are not technical are building apps with tools like Microsoft's Power Automate. They're digitizing workflows by integrating and connecting existing systems with tools like UiPath, and they're developing predictive data models and complex operational analyses with tools like Alteryx.
