- [Instructor] Now let's jump into a few terms that you should be familiar with. Now this is in addition to Jeremy's really awesome glossary that he has created. I felt like these were some terms that we really needed to hone in on. So the first one is going to be models. Now we've already talked a little bit about models, but this is a trained program or algorithm that will recognize a pattern and make predictions based upon those. The model is what you create when you train the AI to look for a certain type of pattern is another way of saying that. An example here is you can create a model to predict churn or to predict if a customer is likely to not renew their contracts or not. That's true. So you can train it on a previous sales data, on the different metrics that they should look at when a customer is or is not going to renew their contract. So specifically you could train it to look at if the customer success person hasn't reached out in the last 30 days, then then the customer…
