I find these super useful to help you as well as they've helped myself when I've taken courses in the past to understand how to answer questions. Let's go and jump into the first one. Your sales team is looking to leverage AI for its processes. Which tools are best suited to help: A, Case Classification, B, Einstein Bots, C, Lead Scoring?
