- Hello. This is an introduction to the notes on the trail mix for this certification. A trail mix is a grouping of Salesforce lectures found on Trailhead, which is Salesforce's learning website, preparing Salesforce professionals for certifications and learning other skills. The reason that these notes are included in the course is we've gotten phenomenal feedback on our other courses that they've really liked these consolidated notes that take out kind of the storytelling and the unnecessary fluff that is sometimes found by a lot of users who use Trailhead. So this gets straight to the point on key concepts for the certification. On top of that, what I do recommend when using these notes, I do recommend that you do save it for the end of your studies. We've provided the video lectures by Emily. We've also provided quizzes at the end of different sections. I've put together a glossary for you and a full practice exam.
