- [Instructor] So as a final lecture in this section and through most of the sections that are associated with the exam, I like to go through some questions with you, some practice questions, these are not real questions, that are on the exam, but this way you can get familiar with what the questions are going to be like, how they're going to be structured, and you can work through that process with me and I will talk through how I would answer each question, which I think is super helpful. First question, you are a business analyst working on developing the project. You need to get a group of experts together as point people in the various areas of the client's company. What is this group typically called: A, a stakeholder wheel, B, center of excellence, C, surveys? So I'm going to let you think through this for a little bit, but you can also feel free to pause the video, so then you can have time to think through this before we get to the answer.
