- [Instructor] Now, let's jump into demo strategies. There are a bunch of different strategies, and this is not going to be the full list of the strategies that you may be questioned on. Now, demos wasn't a huge part of it anyways. There may be a few that I've missed that are on the exam, but these are also very helpful within practice, within your Salesforce practice as a business analyst. The first one is going to understand your audience. If you are demoing for the executive team, that's probably going to look a lot different than if you are demoing for the service reps that you are building this out for. That will look very different. Another thing that will go a super long way with the client is making sure that you set an agenda for it. So on your agenda, you could put like, hey, we'll just do a welcome, we will be showcasing feature A, feature B, feature C, and then possibly going through some questions. Maybe even just setting a loose agenda of what you're going over. So then…
