Business process maps are a type of document that helps you guide the project, that helps you in certain ways, understand the project, and even gather requirements from your clients or customers. So it's really important that you understand generally what each of these maps does for the exam, because a lot of the questions, again, were really vocabulary heavy, so these will be tested on in the ways of, if you can think back and think of the key words that are associated with each map, you should be able to do pretty well on the exam.
