- [Narrator] Now let's jump into prototyping. So, prototyping is going to be creating a really, really basic model of the product to test out with your stakeholders or with your intended customer base. A really, really early sample of what you could do and what the features will do. Not everything should work, or not everything will work, but it could give a good idea of what people can look forward to from a solution from your company. I like this to work in tandem with other tools and with other elicitation techniques and other ways of gathering requirements. Let's go back to the example we had a couple of lectures ago about the rain jacket that the Alaskan cruisers are purchasing, and that's the job to be done. Let's use the rain jacket prototype and the focus group together and what this prototype is going to look like.
