- [Narrator] In previous lectures, we've talked about how different stakeholders will need different types of communication and they'll require different levels of handholding, as I like to call it. But they'll require different levels of interaction with you as a business analyst and updates as a business analyst. So the stakeholder analysis is more of a matrix. I wouldn't necessarily call this a document per se, but this is a way to understand how you would communicate with the client. So there are different quadrants. On the different axes here we have power. So power being people who have the power to make decisions within the project context. So someone with high power might be the executive sponsor, the person who says, "Yep, we are going to do this project, but I don't really want to be hands on with it."
