- [Instructor] So next, we're going to go into strategy analysis, and this one is fairly simple of a concept. This one is just going to be all about finding the why, really the reason why you're there, which is to solve the problem or the process that you've been brought on board for. It's really easy to explain this by how this helps rather than what it is because I don't feel like the why of the problem really matches up to the name of strategy analysis. But once you understand the why behind the project, then you can go into more analyses. So once you understand the why, then you can have that context to go in and do a current state analysis and then a future state analysis of what they want it to be like, and then we haven't covered this yet, but then you'll go into a gap analysis. So what is the gap between the current state and the future state? And then we can get into what we're doing here and how do we bridge that gap between the two through requirements and user stories…
