- [Speaker] Now let's move into technical skills of a business analyst. Now, I'm a firm believer that given the right resources and enough time that really anyone could have the technical knowledge to know how to complete a task, which is what a technical skill is. And these technical skills are really, really dependent on what area of business analysis that you're going into and what software you're going to be using, what type of solution are you going to be delivering. Now, a business analyst doesn't necessarily need to know everything, but you need to know enough that you can effectively communicate if this is going to be for an admin, if this is going to be for a junior admin, if this is going to be for a developer. So then you can develop these user stories and you can just understand a lot more context around it.
