- [Instructor] So now we are going to move into trust. So what is trust? And I feel like this is a really weird lecture to have within a course, but while trust is pretty self-explanatory, it's good. You probably already know what trust is. It is really important to the process of a business analyst. You are, as a business analyst, the person who is going to be holding the hand of the client and making sure that you ask them the right questions to be able to deliver the project as efficiently and effectively and as to their liking as possible. So trust is very important when it comes to being that person who is the advisor to them, and the go between, between the company that you're consulting for and the development team that you are working with within your firm. So one thing that is listed out within some of the material is that Salesforce wants you to know the five following things about trust and ways to gain trust.
