- [Narrator] Now let's dive into user trainings. User trainings is one of the more important parts of being a business analyst. A lot of people don't think it's the job of the business analyst, but it is typically going to show up on your things to do list as a business analyst. User training is super important for making sure that your users are going to adopt the product and making sure they're going to be using it properly so that way, the clients are getting the product that they paid for and that it's being used the way that they had intended. So user training is typically going to be done right before deployment or right after, or sometimes both. And honestly, it's probably going to be both. It can be really great for introducing users to the new process and the new product that they're going to be using with it. It's really great for them to understand how to change up their workflow.
