A lot of people don't think it's the job of the business analyst, but it is typically going to show up on your things to do list as a business analyst. User training is super important for making sure that your users are going to adopt the product and making sure they're going to be using it properly so that way, the clients are getting the product that they paid for and that it's being used the way that they had intended. So user training is typically going to be done right before deployment or right after, or sometimes both. And honestly, it's probably going to be both.
