- [Instructor] Now let's move into data integrity. That's kind of what we left off on with the previous lecture, but I think it requires a lot more in-depth talking about, because it's super important, not just for the exam, but also in general within Salesforce. So keeping your data clean, what the heck does that mean? Keeping your data up to date as possible is super important for your CRM. Oftentimes, this data is used to go in and make decisions when we are able to visualize it and bring it all together on the backend of Salesforce or Tableau, or whatever tool you're using to track your data and your pipeline. Now, one thing that I've learned working with sales teams that can be super helpful is if you can't update your CRM at the same time that you are maybe taking a meeting, or you have back to back meetings, or you're working with multiple clients and you've just got a lot on your plate, take notes.
