- [Instructor] Besides spreadsheets, you can export Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat formats. It works a lot the same way as Excel exports, but on different kinds of documents, you will see for example, that our SQL query here has only the Excel. And next to that is both the Word and the Acrobat, but those are both grayed out. So you can't do it on this. What it tends to be is forms such as sales forms and stuff like that. I'm going to close up our SQL here. I'm going to go back into sales and let's go to a sales order and I'll pick up that last sales order again. And so here's the Huli pizza company one. And now that we have a sales order here, you'll notice that the Word and the Acrobat are operational, they work the same way. So I'm going to use the PDF here to do this one.
