- [Instructor] We've made it to the section on report results. Here, we're going to go over the many ways we can sort, filter, total, change our layout, and share reports. First, we're going to start with sorting. Sometimes we need to manipulate our report results to make our data more meaningful. The sort function is a great way to move numerical or date fields to see data in order from oldest, biggest, smallest, or newest. Let's go sort a report in our system. First, we need some data to sort. We'll enter transaction code VA05. This takes us to our list of sales orders report. We're going to execute this without any limitations. To make our report a little easier to read, we'll go to settings, columns, optimize width. We can see our report has returned 26 entries. In our first scenario, we want to sort by the order with the largest net value. To do this, we'll certify the column NV header. This is net value header.…
