- [Instructor] Let's talk about order changes. So this is something that, again, takes a great deal of discussion and analysis and maybe some pain. So, you take an order. You plan it. Something changes. Date changes. You're out of stock. Customer changes their mind. There's a credit issue. There's, maybe you can't get a trailer going that particular location for another six hours, something like that. How, or do, you want to change the sales order or the underlying demand? The STO or the sales order. And how, or if, would you? How do you want to capture that change in TM? So here's example. Customer changes their mind for whatever reason. It was going to ship on Thursday. Now they need to change it and ship on Tuesday. What happens if you've already planned it for Thursday's shipment? What do you do? So there is a tool in TM called the TM Change Controller, CHACO we sometimes call it. Gets very, very complicated. But you can, if you so choose, define a rule that says if the quantity…
