- [Instructor] Earlier we looked at both how to capture ideas and how to have a guest interviewing process that's smooth as butter. But now you're probably thinking, "Great, how will I make all of this content?" That's where batching comes in. Switching contents is a great way to kill productivity. Your brain is working on solving one problem and then you need to totally switch gears to think about this completely different problem. That's why meetings are so detrimental to productivity and why. If you're anything like me, the longer you can focus on the same task, the faster you'll complete it. Now, I'm not saying all meetings are bad, but if you can have four hours of uninterrupted work time, you're going to be a lot more productive than having a half hour here and a half hour there.
