- [Instructor] Creating anchors and links are like adding bookmarks within your pages. Remember that concept of below the fold and above the fold? If you have long, scrolling pages like we do here, we have Ownership of Data, Right to Monitor Usage, Threatening or Offensive Language, or Copyright or Patented Materials, without scrolling, I might miss some of the key information on this page. So how do I ensure that people know there's important content farther down on the page? We're going to add links, called anchors, to take people exactly where they need to go on the page. When you format your content using styles, it automatically creates the anchor for you. If you select your text and hover over it, you should see a link that pops up. This little icon, if you right-click it, gives you the option to copy the link. This gives you the address of the anchor on the page. Let's go ahead and edit the page. We've already used the quick links web part, so let me show you another option…
