- In work and home life, there are morning people and night owls. Frequent breakers and those who prefer to work in large concentrated sessions. There are those who snack throughout the day and those who break once for a long lunch. Some people need a few hours to ease into their most productive rhythm, whereas others start reading their emails as they're brushing their teeth. When thinking about schedules, there isn't one right answer for everyone. The key is observing your own personal characteristics so that you can make sure they are working for you, not against you.
