- Something I see frequently, especially on LinkedIn, is brilliant thought leaders with less-than-great content, which makes sense. Your expertise might be in leadership, not graphic design or marketing. Usually you'll see these people hire a social media team. But what happens next is that social media team doesn't have the expertise. So the graphics look amazing, but the knowledge or content added to the graphics sounds pretty generic. My favorite solution to this, yep, you guessed it, live streaming. If you, the host, the thought leader, show up for an hour online as your brilliant self, having a great conversation, that will give your social media team loads to work with. They'll learn how you talk, learn a bit about what you know, and then they can take that information and repurpose it into different formats. A few ideas I've seen for repurposing your stream would be a blog post, a newsletter, graphic quotes, or carousels. Carousels are those posts you see where you click…
