- As an introverted project manager, it can be overwhelming to try to balance the needs of all stakeholders. The good news is that there are ways to help prioritize these needs without draining your energy. Project stakeholders include end users, business owners, technical and business experts, team members, and some of your organizations other departments. Once you know who your stakeholders or customers are, you need to know what they want and what's important to them. Here's how to do that. First, prioritize. Prioritizing isn't about making everyone happy. It's about making sure that activities are in line with long-term goals. This means figuring out which partners needs are most important and which ones can be put off or given less attention.
