How can you motivate and lead your team well while keeping true to who you are as an introvert? In this video, we'll talk about tried and true methods that will help you lead your team well and create a productive work environment. First, get to know each member of your team. Each person on a team has a unique personality, skills, and goals. Take the time to learn about each person on your team as a person. Talk to them one-on-one. Pay attention to their ideas and worries and give them personalized feedback and praise. Commend their work during team meetings.
