- [Instructor] There are a couple of global storage settings applicable to all buckets in a supabase instance. A maximum file size can be set and access tokens for the S3 protocol can be created. Here in the storage section, there is a link to settings. Notice there's a small arrow to the right. This indicates that following the link will take you out the storage section. And now, we are here in the project settings section of supabase, specifically in the storage subsection. The first setting that we can set is the uploads file size limit. By default, this is 50 megabytes and that is the maximum allowed by the free plan. If you want to upload larger files, you'll need to upgrade to the pro plan, which allows a maximum file size of up to 50 gigabytes. Notice that the byte size math is being done for you.
