- [Instructor] Of course you can store or share files online in OneDrive or in file libraries. But if you have Word, Excel, or PowerPoint documents stored in a Microsoft Cloud storage tool, then you also have the ability to edit those documents online without downloading a copy. You can even have multiple people editing the same document at the same time, which is called co-authoring. So to do this, we need to find some files in a shared file library or on OneDrive. I'll just go to my OneDrive and I'll go to a folder where I have some documents I can work with. Now, if you have a picture file or a PDF file, you can click on it and view it right here in the web browser. And when you're finished, there's usually a close button up here near the top right. But if you open a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document or even a OneNote notebook, you can edit it right here in the web browser. So I have a Word document that I can use…
