- Network management changes as you begin that transition to the cloud. Infrastructure as code and tools like HashiCorp Terraform, they take the place of CLIs and web interfaces. Cloud practitioners have been using Terraform for years, but network engineers, they've been a little slower to adopt it and risk losing control of networking in the cloud without a practical understanding.
