In this movie, you'll learn how to decode questions like a data analyst or a dream interpreter, if you will. Unlike answer data collected in interviews and questionnaires, the question data you collected in your question log doesn't just give you insight into what your colleagues know. It also reveals what they don't know and what they seek to know. To get the most out of your question log, ask yourself three questions. First, is there a pattern in who asks the questions? Maybe some of your colleagues ask a lot of questions while others never share their doubts and curiosities. If so, you might want to practice listening to the silent voices in your team.
