Unlike answer data collected in interviews and questionnaires, the question data you collected in your question log doesn't just give you insight into what your colleagues know. It also reveals what they don't know and what they seek to know. To get the most out of your question log, ask yourself three questions. First, is there a pattern in who asks the questions?
