Cancel culture. Cyberbullying. Woke mob. Boycotts. Online shaming. Phew! Now that I've made your blood pressure rise, you can relax. This is a conflict free zone. But all of those words and phrases have taken hold in people's online and even in-person conversations. After this lesson, you'll be able to foster a culture of integrity to appeal to Gen Z employees. A crystal clear example of Gen Z's passion for honesty and accountability is Greta Thunberg, the Swedish climate protection activist. In her TED talk, Greta says she first heard about climate change when she was eight years old and didn't understand why so little was being done about it. From there she built an international movement advocating for awareness and activism. Greta is a prime example of believing in something and doing something about it.
