- Now that we have the required skills identified, we can use AI to draft or refine job descriptions. Let's see how. So here's my query: "We are in the marketing industry. Help me write a job description for a software programmer focusing on AI skills. I've also attached our existing job description for our programmers so that you can update it." And we watch it do its magic. So as I said all along, if you get more detailed, you could put your location in there, you can put your company's name there. All sorts of things will go in when you input more information. So you can see, it gives a company overview, which is theoretical. If you put your website in there, it will give a more specific company overview. A job summary about it, all the key responsibilities, all the qualifications that are required, all the preferred skills, the benefits, and how to apply.
