Create collections and add training documents
- [Instructor] You remember when I said that the custom model will allow us to use the same model for class of documents, even though there might be multiple appearances or formats? In this case, we've got invoices from more than one vendor and they format them differently, but the same basic information appears on both. So what do we do? Syntax deals with this issue through the use of what they call collections. Collections are sets of documents that look the same. And you can have multiple collections within a single model as long as they're all the same type of file. We've got all of our labels done, so let's go ahead and click next. And here, we need to add the training documents for the first collection, the Adatum invoices. So we'll say new collection, and we'll rename this to Adatum, and then we'll click to add documents. Scroll down, say, add documents. Now, we're going to have to navigate to where we've got those training documents stored. And this is a little clumsy, but…
