Tag information fields in the document collections
- [Instructor] So this part is a little tedious, but it is necessary. We need to tag every training file to associate the label with the information in the file. Start by clicking on the first collection to open it up. We've got a visual of the file, and on the right of the window, there's a list of all the labeled fields that we set up earlier. We need to show syntax where those fields are in the file. Since the first item is invoice number, let's click and drag to create a box around that on the file image. When you let go, a dropdown menu opens with the labels and select the correct one from the list. Now do that for all the other fields in the list, but hold off on the table for a minute. Now, we've got a few items on our list of labels that don't appear on the Adatum invoice. Now what do we do about that? Well, it's pretty simple. Let's take the customer phone as an example.
