- When you're ready to share your completed drawing with others Visio 2016 gives you a number of different options to choose from including the most popular option of all time, printing. We're going to explore that in this movie. We'll do it with our flow chart, and as you can see we have what looks to be a one page drawing. We do have a second page down below, it's blank, we created this page in case we needed it, doesn't look like we did, but that's okay. When we go to print we don't need to print all of the pages in a drawing. So, we'll go up to the File tab, click there and select Print. This gives us a nice print preview of what we're about to get from our printer if we leave all of the settings over here on the left as is. Notice down at the bottom we do have a second page, we can go and look at it. Sure enough it's an empty or blank page so we probably don't need to print that.
